With diligent experience of representing cases of human rights violation since monarchy to the current federal republic state till date.

Peculiar cases with varsity on behalf of the victims during the conflict era as well as after the implementation of the peace process implementation. In fact represented the largest no of human rights victim cases i.e. 50 by any independent lawyer in supreme court of Nepal, certain cases have set precedents in the judiciary enabling to achieve fair verdict to establish fair justice.

Also Fairly aware of the conflict areas internationally , and their transformation to the peace states and their situations, cases as well as new precedents set in international judiciary for the achievement of the restoration of human rights.

Having travelled extensively in Nepal as well as internationally to Europe, middle east and African continent along with south east Asia, well versed with international law, practices regarding human rights situations with laws as well as complexity for the implementation of the fair practices for the benefit of the victim.
